Which classic cocktail is the most underrated?
Hemingway Daiquiri.
What kind of flavors inspire you the most?
Lemon, bourbon.
A drink to pair with pork?
If we are talking bacon or some kind of smoked pork? I like the Bourbon Renewal. It’s a basic twist on a whiskey sour with Cassis added to the mix. The drink compliments the flavors nicely. The sweet and the sour help cleanse the palate while the bourbon and cassis still hold up to the smoke.
