Memphis Farmer’s Market
The Memphis Farmers Market is a weekly non-profit outdoor market featuring local farmers and artisans. The market showcases locally sourced produce and food items and locally produced arts and crafts from the Mid-South region. We chose to serve BBQ oysters, to showcase the best kick-off to any BBQ Tour.
We love the Farmer’s Market King & Queen of Pork, Mark & Rita Newman of Newman Farms Berkshire. Every Saturday, they arrive with the best heritage breed pork ready for purchase. We pay tribute to this great family and their dedication to serving the best pork possible in the market. For this stop, we enjoy the Memphis Sausage & Cheese plate by featuring Newman’s very own sausage paired with artisan cheese, and pickles.
