Which classic cocktail is the most underrated?
I think the bros have at least one thing right. A proper Whiskey Buck… that is, a nice bourbon with fresh ginger beer and a little lime, is one of the most refreshing drinks ever put together.

What kind of flavors inspire you most?
I love when I find traditional flavor pairings in unexpected places. One of my favorite pairings ever is fois gras and Sauternes. It’s a grown up PB&J!

Choose a drink to match with pork – and why?
No hesitation, a Jungle Bird.  Pineapple in a pork marinade is magic in both its affinity of flavor, and the way it effortlessly tenderizes. To translate that into a glass vs. dish pairing makes the kinetics all the more exciting. It’s also a great excuse to drink more Jungle Birds, which is never a bad thing.
