Chef’s Course started with a simple idea, provide rewards for eating honestly. Each weekend before our big Cochon 555 events, we would host a dinner series with friend’s at an amazing restaurant. Everyone is welcome to sign up for the dinners, but keep in mind space is very limited. There might only be a few seats open and ticket buyers will be notified of any availability. Reservations are required. In 2015, we have two different series.
THE CHEF’S COURSE DINNER SERIES ON FRIDAY is when five chefs converge on a restaurant and team up for a five-course culinary extravaganza celebrating great wines and responsible agriculture. An epic one-of-a-kind culinary guest chef dinner not to miss.
THE LARGE FORMAT FEAST ON SATURDAY is a new addition to the tour. The Private Dining Cochon “PDC” is a dinner series that celebrates source-driven chefs, prominent winemakers, and humanely certified proteins in the first “Large Format Feast” campaign to spotlight the growing popularity of premium cuts of heritage pork on prominent steakhouse menus. The dinner series supports the conversation of responsible farming, buying whole animal and sourcing the best naturally raised beef and pork, ultimately setting course for a safer food system.
Each meal is absolutely memorable, from reception to nightcap.
